RM Construction is thrilled to partner with Thompson Park Townhomes in the development of Carbondale’s newest neighborhood. The project is marked by mountain contemporary design that blends affordability and function.
We recently received an update from Erik Cavarra, Managing Broker and Licensed Partner for Engel Volkers. Erik is leading the project and notes that currently 5 Market Unites are Pending or Under Contract in the First Phase Release of 9 Units. He anticipates strong future sales as the attainable project completes more Phases of the development and the current buildings near a finished product.
Partnering with local custom home and community builder RM Construction, Thompson Park demonstrates what community development is all about. This phase of the project required full project infrastructure and lot development prior to bringing the first phase of multi-family townhomes out of the ground.
Buyers are excited to see the sizing, floor plans, views and finishes for Thompson Park. This is a niche within the marketplace, and with Thompson Park’s incredible proximity to the parks, walking and biking paths, and the Town of Carbondale, we are seeing a diversification of Buyers that have shown incredible interest in the development.
