Drive about 1 1/2 hour west and you will be in the high desert. Mesa County is home to the largest flat-top mountain in the world, the Grand Mesa. Take a drive to the Colorado National Monument to see the incredible views and rock formations. Palisade is home to the famous Palisade Peaches, and the wine capitol of Colorado.
