RM Construction is excited to announce the opening of a new office located at 529 25 1/2 Road, Suite B-103 in Grand Junction. The office is situated in the beginnings of a new, 58-acre multi-use neighborhood called The Riverfront at Dos Rios along the Colorado River. During the summer of 2020, the city of Grand Junction approved funding for the infrastructure of the new neighborhood’s development, aiming to bring home, workplace, and play together to form a vibrant, downtown-adjacent community. Having spent time living in Grand Junction, RM Construction owner Bob Gibson was eager to bring the success of mixed-use developments to town — making his enthusiasm even more obvious by claiming an office space. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the rest of the neighborhood’s development will occur in phases over the next few years. The entire project will create parks and open space, living and office spaces, restaurants and retail, lodging, and light commercial occupancy.
